Best Dollar Tree in town! As for Major Thrift, They have a wide variety of clothes and you never know what other things your going to find in there but the clothes are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for second hand clothes! I am completely SHOCKED at some of the prices in that store. There were USED beach towels for TWENTY DOLLERS, that is INSANE! I've seen USED jeans in there priced at $45+ tax bcuz they were a certain designer, I don't care who's clothing line it is, if it's used I am NOT paying $50 for any USED clothes! The same with the shoes in there. They really need to come down on there prices after all everything is donated for free for people who really need it, it looks bad on Major Thrift, seems...
Read moreIt used to be a place to get cheap clothes but now it’s a place to get used clothes for the same price that you can buy new clothing for on clearance if you look carefully or even at Walmart and they are so packed together that you really have to look hard to find something that fits and you can’t always be sure of what size you are getting because of people removing tags. I was told that the items in the store are sent to Kansas City and then sent back after they check the clothing and other items they sale. The tags say $0.99 but then some one in the store goes and changes the price on the items. I also don't understand how donated items are sold to us and we are being taxed for them they recurved them for free for one I can understand some things but if a non profit doesn't have to pay taxes then why should we have to on items that was...
