On the flip side. Goodcents now offers delivery, so naturally a couple of us take advantage of it every few weeks. Today is the most recent tragedy in a long list of them with the expectations of this location.

If you want your sandwich to be made wrong. Do delivery If you want to wait 2 hours for your food. Do delivery If you want your bread to be so soggy is kind of gaggy to eat. Do delivery.

Every. Single. Time. When we order delivery from this place, it takes AT LEAST 90 minutes to get to us (office is about 2 miles away), the sandwiches are usually wrong, ice is melted in the drinks, and bread is soggy. I'm not sure why they even offer delivery if they can't figure out the logistics behind hiring a full time delivery driver or two. The same guy always delivers to us, and he's wearing an apron that has food all over it, so we know he's working his tail off behind the counter and then expected to deliver as well.

Usually I'm happy with goodcents but tonight wasn't a good one. Told them I was allergic to tuna and not to cut my sandwich. Paid for it and realized they had cut my sandwich. I asked for a refund because I don't know if they used the knife to cut tuna sandwich before mine. They tried to give me a card for a free sandwich but I wanted my money back because I was going to go to McDonald's. They refused to give me my money back and offered to make me another one. Once you mess up my order concerns over anaphylaxis fish/shellfish allergy I don't trust you to make my food. She threw my sandwich in the trash and refused to refund my money. I was told she was new, I understand but if I inform you of a life threatening issue and you cut my sandwich any way. Person in charge that did this said she was the owner. I preset up an order to be delivered in the morning for lunch. They were 3 hours late delivering and kept lying about why it was late before admitting the delivery person just never showed. The girl tried to make it right by saying call back any time and I'll give you the same meal you had for free since I can't refund the money but you have to call in. Called in today to do this and the GM was rude, asked "so what do you want me to do?" "well you need to come in here to see me in person about it, we can't just deliver" (delivery is listed on their website) and then started creepy laughing when I stated he was being rude and that it wasn't necessary.
