PRODUCT: Not only is the coat made from the legendary quality of a Pendleton blanket, but the buttons as well as the stitching on the piping were of EXCELLENT quality. This looks like a coat that could easily be handed down to our daughter in-law. It's very rare to find consumer goods of this quality anymore. Plus, they're reversible, it's like getting 2 coats for the price of 1!!!! PEOPLE: The coat my wife wanted was out of stock, but Justin said they could make it pretty quickly. I really didn't want to do that without checking sizing first (my wife is tiny). I asked if we could ship it down for her birthday (in 4 days) and Justin, who is an awesome guy, made that happen. When my wife saw it, although a different coat than the one she wanted, she absolutely fell in love with it. PROCESS: Justin has EXCELLENT customer service skills. He made the purchase (over the phone) ridiculously simple and easy.

Kraff's is just simply an AMAZING store. A true old fashioned haberdashery. That's old school talk for a place where you went to buy your Sunday best. They also have clothing to keep all of the local cowboys and cowgirls looking SHARP!!! Also, if it is a Pendleton product that you are looking for, look no further!!! If they don't have it, I am beyond certain that Justin and his expert staff can get it for you! 😁 Last, but not least, if you have a custom idea for a jacket, or vest or need to order your Letterman's jacket, they can take care of that for you too. Well the gentleman that runs the store wasnt there and the customer service was horrible. I came in my workout clothes and the girl clerk have me the up and down and didnt say a word to me but was all over helping the native American gentleman that came in after me, the young man never left the register and didn't say a word either..I was going to buy a 129.00 dress but left ..I hate bad customer service and this does not bode well for a small business trying to survive in...
