Horrible service. I bought a open box washing machine that I was told was new and it just has a dent on the front. After waiting for hours at the store because they were having issues with getting it delivered. It went from being delivered in 2 days to being delivered in 2 weeks. The manager was nice enough to give us a discount because we were there so long. The item arrived this Tuesday and did not work. Tank would feel but it would not wash at all. Friday they sent someone out to do a reinstall and when they came they also said that the item was not working. Called Best Buy geek squad and was told that the only way I could get another new item was to pay the full price or the machine. Ive Literally been on hold and talking to the manager with geek squad for over a hour when all I want to do now is pay the difference to get a replacement. While Iām on hold for over 30 minutes Iām writing this review. I guess customer service means absolutely nothing.
The discount is taken away and I have to now pay back the discount because the manager said he canāt see the discount. Only that the machine price was low, and pay the difference to get a new machine.
Lesson learned. NEVER BUY A OPEN BOX ITEM...

My computer guru recently moved out of state and all efforts to get into my computer on my own failed. I was panicked and was worried I had been hacked. A last minute call was placed to the Geek Squad in Torrance and the only appointment left was twenty minutes away. I practically ripped the tower out of the cabinet, drove as fast (snails pace) as I could through bumper to bumper traffic on Thanksgiving Eve, and made it there on time. Mahal (my savior), navigated through every firewall Microsoft could throw at him and was able to get back into my computer within a few minutes. He confirmed I had not been hacked nor had anyone other than myself attempted to log on that day. Whew!! Mahal was easy going, make a few suggestions without trying to sell me, was patient during my panic mode, and make me feel at ease. He is a great asset to Best Buy and I thoroughly hope he is appreciated and treated well. Thank you Mahal. That is not what I was told when I purchased this insurance, they even show you a breakdown of how much each repair would cost. Just a few weeks ago we pre-ordered the note 20 and they sold us the same insurance with false information. I would not recommend buying the insurance unless you're ok exchanging your phone every time your screen breaks and having to pay the $200.
