I had the black garlic ramen and it was one incredibly good ramen you don’t expect to be in a grocery store food court.
It was one of the first fish broth ramen I had in USA. It had a little sweetness to it.
I will try the original next time as well.

Came back to try the original fish broth as I was impressed last time. Oh my gosh . It was so good! Strong bonito flavor in the broth and it was so good!
I also tried the shoyu. It had the springier type noodles and the soup was lighter in texture , still had that dark shoyu depth to it and it has a slight sweetness.
