Today I contacted your establishment in hopes of enrolling in one of your programs. I specifically inquired about the cosmetology program, which is clearly listed on your website. However, the gentleman who answered the phone (who did not identify himself) dismissively told me, “We don’t have cosmetology, look at the website.” When I mentioned other programs, such as manicuring and another listed program, he repeatedly responded that those were not offered—despite the fact that they are clearly advertised online. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a prospective student, I expected clear communication and respectful assistance. Instead, I was met with dismissive and inaccurate responses that directly contradict the information provided by your institution itself.
