The staff was polite at first but then when you tell them you don’t want something that they want to push you to get they give you the biggest attitude ever which it shouldn’t be the case since they charge wayyyyy to much money. I was ready to get my polish placed on and the lady who took me in said “so are you gonna pay now or what?” And I said “yeah that’s fine” I can already feel the uncomfortable and negativity from that person and she told me “ so do I add the tip on the card or are you going to give me cash” I was like how rude in front of everybody it was so embarrassing. She then said “ ok come and sign” in a rude tone, you can just imaging the discussing tone of voice in her. So I did and then she didn’t even look at me and threw my Visa card on the counter knowing I was right in front of her and she could have just handed it to me. I felt hurt I’m not going to lie so as soon as I finished I didn’t even say goodbye because I was so badly treated for not wanting all these extra things they wanted me to get not needing them. I would not recommend this place at all I would give it a -5 stars because of the lack of costumer service I was given being my first time going. Now I know what to tell my fellow co-workers “DONT GO THEY ARE DISCUSTING”. And did I mention I could understand somethings they were talking about yea she was talking about me refusing some of the extra stuff that she wanted to put on me that I clearly didn’t want. Read moreThey do not honor their appointments even if you are a regular customer. Be aware if you have something important lined up or on a schedule. I won’t be back, and this is why:
I was a weekly, yes weekly, customer with a standing regular appointment. I have never been late. This week was super important because I am going on a trip - literally set to leave directly after my nail appointment. I got there 15min early and waited for my appointment time, which was acknowledged when I walked in to be at 11am. Five minutes after my appointment time, I was told it would be another 15min “or so” and that nobody else could help me. What?! Why wouldn’t this be communicated from the start? And, why could nobody else help me? I could have had time to go somewhere else if I was told when I came in. But instead, it was a 20 min wait and then would be another 15+ minutes. So, 35 min or more waiting when someone has an appointment, and that appointment is regular and weekly = bad service. Meanwhile, I see three other people go ahead. I get the SNS nails with tips, in a shape between almond and stiletto, so I do not scratch myself. When I first explained to Cindy what I wanted, she understood perfectly and I left with the best manicure I have had in years. I left with a natural to pink glitter ombre which was stellar!
After returning the second time, she remembered me and what I wanted, and even helped me go a bit out of my normal routine to get holographic nails. Now, these nails took a bit of getting used to but man! I received so many compliments! It's "glitter-hollow" and changes with the direction the light hits the nail.
I have had the hollographic nails for 3 weeks to date, and not one crack, the nail polish is just now starting to chip at the ends, and for someone who is so rough with her nails I am very impressed. 5 stars...
