I have been going to this Rock N Juice location for several years and never had any issue with them until very recently. I went in for my usual order and the employee told me that they had to manually enter my card info since there was an issue with the POS. Later that day I noticed there was an additional charge on my statement and have been trying to get this refunded/canceled for two weeks. I've tried emailing the email address on their website, went back in store to talk to them and gave them my info, and followed up via phone but never once received a follow-up from the manager or owner as promised. This place used to be really good, but now it’s total trash. I gave it one more chance and ordered a drum roll. I called in the order 30 minutes before and still waited 25 minutes to get it. When I got home I immediately noticed that they gave me 3 smalls when I paid for 3 larges. The bananas were completely rotten, not brown, totally rotten. We just stopped by Rock'n Joy Juice, and we're so glad we did! All their drinks are healthy, and they taste amazing. My personal favorite was the Peanut Butter Berry—such a great combo!
