Michelle is a fantastic nail technician!! I love that she does both my manicure and pedicure. Her work is excellent, she replies quickly to text messages requesting appointments, and she has always been willing to fit me in at the end of the day as long as I call with reasonable advance notice.

I can’t get there before 6:00 pm, so the fact that she’s willing to take me at the end of the day is really great.

Unfortunately, the prices have gotten so high that I might be forced to go elsewhere. I hope that next time, I can figure out how to get the essential services and forego the more luxurious treatments so I can stay within my budget.

I understand that inflation is causing prices to increase, so I’m going to have to limit my patronage so that I can stick within my budget. (I recently got a gel spa pedicure with sea salt and callous remover. That was $55. I think that is way too expensive. Next time, I’ll have to skip the extra treatments. I might even stop getting gel applied; just get a plan mani-pedi and apply the gel...

Sad to write this as I've been coming here off and on for close to 20 years, but my last visit will have me not returning. The woman who did my pedicure was nice and she took her time, but it was lacking when it came to the massage as she just did my shins and tops of my feet. The woman who did my manicure acted like I was an inconvenience to her for being there. She didn't say anything to me the entire time I was there and was on her phone half the time, and my entire manicure was finished in under 20 minutes. The cuticle trim was almost non-existent, and my polish job looks like a child did it. I specifically asked for regular nail polish as I have to remove it soon, but they kept pushing gel, or a wax, or a scrub. It's very uncomfortable to have to say no over and over again. My nails are uneven and short, even when I asked for a file only. I was left with nail polish stuck to my cuticles with lopsided nails....

Horrible. My Nails came out all bumpy like a bad auto body job.(Colored Gel dip) Nail tech had a nail fungus in her thumbs and no gloves. Dirty tools. Had to ask for clean clippers. Conveyor belt type service. Uncomfortable.

Girls at the front desk were sweet, but I will NEVER go back. Plus i was told one price when i called. Then it magically increased 5$. They also charge 5$ for cuticle trim. And no lotion or cuticle oil. Disappointing and not worth the risk of catching a...
