I went not 15 minutes ago- employee present was only semi-accomodating, but was minorly rude. I asked if I could use my free welcome scoop for a little bit off my milkshake, which I have seen done for my friends and other customers before at many other locations, and she said she would "ask her manager", but to my knowledge, there was no one else there, I peeked quickly from where I was standing in front of the cash register- maybe my view WAS limited, but even then, employee barely said more than two words.Let's say that was fine- I asked for a small milkshake, and she gave me one of those mini cups- and charged me $6.99 for it, even though the price was $5.49. I regularly get the cappuccino blast (my favorite) but time to time I love to get their delicious milkshakes too (I believe the small is 6.99 pretty good for what you get ). I saw a review complaining about this store and it shocked me because Iāve never once had a bad experience here. The employee this review was complaining about Iāve seen many times and sheās always cheerful greeting people with a smile and sheās very sweet. Sheās very helpful too if I have any questions or need ice cream flavor recommendations. This store is my favorite BR store itās got the best ice cream and very good workers. I've never, ever in my life had a horrible experience with a baskin Robbins... We have been customers for years.
We bought a cake tonight for my daughters birthday (everyone in our family gets one on their birthday)
The ice cream on the cake was "frozen" with ice as if it was old ice cream or stored in the freezer for a long period.
The cake was an embarrassment to guests. NO flavor to the ice cream.
Didn't get too far with the store management and had to escalate to corporate.
