Pro Audio Land — Local services in Torrance

Unfortunately the guitar we purchased came unplayable. The nut was about two inches tall. I am not sure how it was even strung. This probably isn't ProAudioLand's fault, however when we called about the issue we were told we would have to pay for shipping and if we did the return through them and not eBay we would wouldn't have to pay a restocking fee. When the item was refunded the total amount was not. We called and spoke with someone else who told us we whoever we spoke with was wrong and we will still get charged a restocking fee, but not the entire 10%. They should have honored what we were told before. Between the shipping costs and the restocking fee we could have had this issue fixed without ever having to talk to them again but unfortunately now we are out over $50 and have nothing to show for it. We will not be purchasing anything...

Found a pedal through Memorial Day sales. It was listed about $80 cheaper than competitors so I ordered directly on their website. I didn't even get an order confirmation but the money was taken out from my bank account. I sent an email twice requesting order confirmation but didn't receive any response. It's day after Memorial Day and I received a tracking information and later on they refunded my money and canceled order without any communication. I would never order anything from this...

I am only basing this on my recent experience with Pro Audio Land and i shall tell you more when i receive the goods.
