Sunless Beauty Tans — Local services in Torrance

The girl who did my tan was nice but only interested in upgrading as much as possible. I spent an extra $20 on going darker and the extra oz. Also spent another $5 on the coconut powder that’s suppose to help not make you sticky & another $5 on aftercare body wash.. I left there loving my spray tan.. I wore nothing but underwear for my tan and put on an extra large tshirt that was my boyfriends to wear home. I followed instructions to a T.. didn’t do anything but let my tan dry.. didn’t wear a bra.. didn’t do anything that could mess it up… 12 hrs later I did the gentle warm water rinse with no exfoliating and patted my skin dry & noticed my tan was completely gone 12 hrs later!!!!!! They did text me to ask how my tan was & I told them it’s uneven and mostly gone and this was 12 hours later!! They offered me to come in for a touch up but I had a busy day as I was preparing to go out of town. Very poor quality products & a complete waste of $81.65 for a single tan that lasts 12 hrs. definitely going elsewhere for my next tan. I came here because it has good reviews but you never really know legit a place is from reviews until you try it.

LOL to your reply. You claim to make it right but you don’t.. instead everyone who’s been unhappy with your services and products you blame it on them - the clients. You say sorry but it’s your fault basically. That is such terrible & unprofessional behavior. I’m so glad to have only wasted 80 bucks at your business and will tell everyone to steer clear of here. I always worry about trying new spray tanning companies as I have sensitive skin and have had some bad prior experiences. I have to say my expectation were well exceeded at Sunless Beauty!

I booked my appointment with Vanessa over the phone and she also applied my spray tan - she was absolutely fantastic! From explaining everything prior to my appointment, during my appointment, and after my spray tan - she was an absolute professional making the entire process seamless and easy. Not to mention making you feel very comfortable during the appointment.

Now on to the tan part! I was competing in a pageant and explained what I was looking for in my tan and Vanessa nailed it! The color was spot on to what I was looking for - she was even able to tone down the redness in my skin and even gave me a little bit of contour in my cheekbones. I have been tanning for about 15 years, tanning beds, versa, mystic, at home tanners, you name it, I've tried it, but once I found Sunless Beauty I can tell you that I will never tan anywhere else again!!!

On my first visit my tan did not turn out the way I expected so I gave Norma a call and she went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisifed after my next visit and let me tell you I was!!! Norma provides THE BEST customer service and attention I have ever seen in a beauty business, she was answering my texts almost immediately, advised me on how to care for my tan, encouraged me to not shower before time was up (even though I was feeling a little hot, hey its June in SoCal) and texted me the next morning to check in on my tan! I mean, who does that???? Norma does!!!
