If I could give 10 stars I would. My story is long, but I will try to make it short, shorter. I surfed the web, yelp & you name it to try to find out who could possibly help me in trying to repair an electric oven for my 90 year old parents, which I found out today was put in in 1976. Buying a new oven was not an issue, except current models would not fit, and my parents age & language barrier would make it almost impossible to learn new technology. Plus I live 50 miles away to be much use to help when they need it. Well I contacted Haus through Yelp, one of several request I made there and an Angel named Silvia not only took the time to converse with me on my first request, but multiple emails back and forth and many questions I had. Having someone come and look at it was not an issue, but was there any chance that they could try to repair it was my biggest concern. Oh I can't even say how grateful I am to her. We scheduled an appointment for today so I could be there to make it easier and this wonderful man Tony came to take a look. What a kind, professional and talented person, YES I am beyond ecstatic because he was able to fix the oven. HAPPY is an understatement for me and my parents. What I also have to say, even if he was not able to fix the oven because of age, lack of being able to get parts and such I would still give them raving reviews, because they truly cared to take care of me and I am super grateful and beyond thankful to them. Kuddos to Haus for having such wonderful people. And if and when I have a need or can refer them to anyone in that area of their service, I will do it in a heartbeat. Read moreHaus replaced a valve in my dryer and caused a major gas leak. The gas company came out and Haus came back because I called. He worked on the inside of my dryer for 45 minutes. The gas man came back to make sure there wasn't a leak anymore. I asked the Haus repair man what caused the leak. He wouldn't answer me. I asked again and he went to his truck and brought in a broken gas hose. I said that's not mine . He said I pushed the dryer back and caused the leak. I said no I never touched it. Why would I do that. The gas man and I saw you working on the inside of the dryer for 45 minutes. He just walked out the door. I called Haus and complained. I told them the repair man lied. Read moreHorrible texting communication between this company and geeksquad who they assist on repair. Even the text messages update don't match what the company haus verbally say. I had an appointment and got a text but then was told by Haus it needed to be change and the update text they said they had no control so it was unorganized and either Haus or geeksquad is not submitting the report so instead of faxing or resending or calling geeksquad and geeksqaud won't call Haus either I had to take off work a second day just to redo everything in order for a new repair guy to send a second report . Which after 24 hrs still geeksquad has not received! There is no help between the 2 companys. And my refrigerator still is working only some days and I paid for geesquad protection plan but I don't get geeksquad...
