The BEST fish & shrimp tacos!!! (My review from 10 months ago) So I had to come back today (6/7/22) to update my review. I called to place a pick up order. Same exact order as ever other time over the past 2 + years part of my order Includes a steak and cheese quesadilla (half steak half cheese) I was told "we don't do that" I explained I just ordered it that way 2 weeks ago, "what were you charged?" I'm unsure of what I was ever charged because I don't look at my receipts in detail, I've never felt like I was overcharged or being ripped off. I was then told "ill have to charge you for a steak quesadilla " ok fine by me, I would expect to be ,since there is steak in It. "Just this one time I can do it, after this I can't anymore" I eventually just canceled my order, I've never felt like my money was so unwanted until this moment. Yesterday Aug. 19, 2023 we ordered a combination of carne asada and 2 cheese enchilada, while waiting for our order they served us a stale chips and salsa. When we got our food, started eating the tacos there is a large chunk of asada meat that was so tough you cannot even chew it. There was also chunks of burnt hard grizzlle that look like a small chunk of burnt wood. I approached the person who took our order, showed him the meat and the grizzlle, and his response was in a rude voice throwing his hands up in the air and said "what do you want me to do about it??? I was expecting him to make a suggestion and he turned away from me and ignored me 🙄, I sat back down in our table, before leaving, I told him that we come here often and this was the worst food and service that we experienced here. Again he threw his hand up and said for the second time, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT???? I asked if there is a manager that I can speak to because of his bad attitude and he said there is no manager here. I ended up getting sick with the stomach ache and vomiting.
