We ended up with a chicken shawarma wrap, beef shawarma plate, falafel plate, and fattoush salad to get a feel for the offerings. The folks in the back that were preparing the food took a lot of care with the prep, everything was VERY fresh. When I left with the bags of food they were HEAVY. Read moreAbsolutely beautiful hole in the wall, mom & pop shop. The backbone of our communities. Stopped in here after realizing it's finally open. Didn't know what to do for dinner, it was getting late so decided for pick up. My wife has celiac disease - I understand Mediterranean food is typically GF, but they ensured no cross contamination and also was able to recite the ingredients/spices without hesitation.
Picked up a few different plates, salads, etc..
Absolutely rivals many Mediterranean restaurants around us in the South Bay. I have worked for many middle eastern companies/familes, love them and their traditions. I know the food quite well.

Read moreThe taste was excellent, and they gave big portions for the price. We got hibachi off the lunch menu and ended up with leftovers.
They also threw in some free egg rolls, which were also really good. It seems like they mix all their own sauces, too.
The only problem was a language barrier with the cashier, so they must not be used to taking orders verbally. Oh, and the salad is literally just roughly chopped iceberg lettuce with dressing on the side.
There is no space to sit down and eat, so this place is take-out...
