Been going here for over 3 years, always very accommodating. Clearly some people think everybody should be bubbling over the moon about every person that walks into the store however if you ask them for assistance they always help they always seem to go out of their way and they definitely remember their regular customers, a few times they made a mistake pricing out one of my orders and they gave me a discount cuz I felt bad highly highly would recommend one of the best smoke shops I've been to and concerning the size of the store the variety is vast and if they don't have something they will definitely special order it and in many cases I've actually seen him start to carry it because a few people have requested it not to make stores you can say that these days and if the owners are reading this keep up...

Don’t Bother. I Will Not Return! I frequented this shop for all sorts of things from beverages to glass pieces. I ran into an issue with a battery for cartridges, the device didn’t even make it 3 hours before failing. I brought it in as soon as I could (day and a 1/2 later) hoping for an exchange or even a small discount on a new one since I’m a regular customer.. Once it was understood that I was looking for a small favor for the inconvenience, I was given the “No English” treatment. I was insulted and waved off like some kind of intrusive child. Greedy, poor customer service and lack of care, rude and disrespectful. Incredibly unprofessional and I will continue to spread word about my experience....

the best smoke shop to goto if u wanna WASTE your money. Everything is stale from cigars to woods. 2 of the employees at that are complete jackass they wont let u return or swap it out for their products being bad.
