Whoever answers the phones and works the counter is extremely rude and dismissive. Ordered through Slice and somewhere in the ether the order came through in their system for one of the items in the order completely different than what was ordered on the app. We got what was was on the receipt. But, not what was originally ordered. We called slice and they contacted the restaurant. We didn't want a refund, we just wanted what we ordered. What told to us was they would make the correct dish and send a driver out to deliver it. But we had to give the wrong item back to the restaurant. In all my years as a customer and having experience working in the food industry as a server and delivery driver, I've never once seen or heard of a restaurant needing the food back that was delivered wrong. For what reason? You never ask for the food back. You don't know if someone ate from it or messed with it. Even if it's thrown out, I've never been asked to give the food back in exchange for the correct food. We decided to call the restaurant to confirm this. Whoever the woman is that answers the phone was extremely short, dismissive, and quick to want to get off the phone. We asked why we needed to give the food back and we were told, "It's a new policy. We want to take back our mistake." We were surprised by this response and replied with, "it really makes us question your standards and sanitation." Our response was, "Your order is being remade and will be out to you in a few minutes. It's being remade currently." She was very adamant about getting off the phone and the tone and attitude in her voice was like yea yea yea I've got better things to do ok bye. When we pointed this out to her she denied it and repeated that the order was being remade and it will be sent out soon. No approximate time or anything. About 15 minutes later the remade dish is delivered. We had the wrong dish to give back to the driver. Who was very caught off guard and confused as to why we needed to give the dish back. They called the restaurant and after a short conversation said don't worry about it. Keep it. We told them about how we were told to give it back and how rude she was about the whole thing. We have been customers of Two Guys for a few years and haven't had any issues. Not like this. I have no problems with the food. It's always good. But this time, the service was what was lacking. Combine with serviceable cheese and inoffensive sauce and you’ll be left saying, “that certainly was a pizza.” It’s not particularly good, but hey... if you wanted good pizza you’d have ordered from Roma’s, Vinnies, or Sasso’s. The upside to this however, is that it’s not really bad pizza either. Two Guy’s North End Pizza is the place to go if you just want a nice, average, somwhat bland, Greek style pizza. You won’t be overtly satisfied, but you also won’t be left full of dissapointment and regret. The ideal pizza for people suffering from clinical depression, or who have just given up on life in general and stopped caring. Note: I wouldn’t recommend actually eating on premises. The ambience simply screams “we do the bare minimum to keep up with food health and safety standards.” Essentially, if you see the environment that your perfectly average, nondescript, forgettable pizza is made in, you may become a bit repulsed, lose your appetite, and not want to eat your pizza, regardless of how bland and boring it may be. Read moreI ordered 2 small pizzas, 1 was cheese the other was two guys pizza the cheese was 11.50 and the other was15.80. they only had 6 slices each and we're a bit pricy though, but they were delicious. I also ordered a large garden salad for 10.50 we had them add extra tomato. The veggies were very fresh but I ordered a large because I wanted enough for 3 people. The salad barely fed two of us and concerning the tomatoes, my son and I had 6 halves of small grape tomatoes. So 3 grape tomatoes each. Delicious, but definitely not worth the price. We also ordered cheesy garlic bread with tomato and side sauce. I couldn't taste the garlic, and the side sauce was missing, that was 8 bucks but we did get two garlic knots though, that I didn't order. I couldn't taste the garlic in those either. Like everything else it was fresh. Finally we ordered a 2 liter bottle of sierra Mist for 3.50 and were given starry instead. No one called to see if that was ok or not. It was though. lastly total cost was 55.01. I had ordered from online and had assigned a 7 dollar tip for the driver. The total was supposed to be 63 dollars for the whole order so I can only assume that the driver didn't get his tip. That I think is extremely shameful...
