I'm not familiar with your store went in saw gentleman stocking the shelvesI started to tell him my situation he didn't bother to even look up at me or acknowledge me so I stopped and ask him if he works here I barely got a yes out of him. Very disappointed with yard help and so called yard manager. I’ve order lots of supplies and working on a cottage and will no longer go to Garlock! I called and was told there’s lumber available, go to select lumber and they are out of the size I needed. The yard manager wouldn’t rip the size I needed even though they were out of that size with good boards. Don’t tell me you have and then don’t offer a more expensive board as only option. Kid was rude when selecting wood and manager acted as if he could care less. They sell all their wood to Johnson and Johnson for big contract but won’t help the little guy. My trip to this store was extremely disappointing. Not one associate was even remotely friendly or helpful. Upon asking if they carried a particular item I got an extremely harsh NO! for an answer. We got to see an older employee yelling at another employee twice in front of customers. We were completely ignored by everyone else, somewhere between 5-10 other employees.
