I love Navs! I picked up a few bags when I was in Abay a few weeks ago and sent the popcorn to my husband who is deployed in Afghanistan. He really enjoyed it so I wanted to send more but did not want to drive 45 minutes to buy the popcorn to send (as I do not live in the immediate area- I was visiting last time I was in town) I called and asked if they would be willing to ship popcorn to my husband as long as I paid for shipping. They called back the next day and were SO sweet and helpful. Not only was the owner willing to go out of her way to mail the popcorn, but she insisted that she mail the popcorn out the same day so it would get to him quickly- she even threw in a few extra treats! My entire experience was amazing- this company truly cares about their customers and is willing to go above and beyond. This shipment will make my husband’s day, he will be so excited! In addition to great customer service, they have so many delicious flavors of popcorn (sweet and savory!) and they are extremely reasonably priced- allowing you to buy multiple flavors that are available in a variety of sizes! A MUST TRY!! Stopped for what we thought was just a regular donut, but quickly learned they made the best, fresh fried cake donut, with choices of glaze, toppings, and drizzles! We got a vanilla glazed with cinnamon sugar and a glazed with freshly crushed peanuts. My husband said it brought him back to his childhood and getting peanut donuts. The owner was so kind and took a minute to go through the options, you could clearly tell they love what they do! My experience has been frustrating. I ordered a sizable amount of popcorn to be shipped.

From the date of order it took 2 weeks to arrive.

When it did arrive and the box was opened 2 bags had opened up and were therefore stale and unedible!

I have tried to call the store and left messages but no one has gotten back to me.

I did get through to someone who said they would let ok into it but never heard back.

Very frustrated and unsatisfied not to mention out what I would consider significant money for...
