After my breast cancer diagnosis in 2021, followed by a lumpectomy, radiation, and ongoing wound issues, I had finally healed enough to consider a prosthesis. I walked into the appointment feeling vulnerable and unsure, questioning if I even belonged there—thinking there were women in worse situations who needed help more than I did, or maybe I was just being vain.

But from the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and understanding. The staff made me feel completely at ease. They were incredibly knowledgeable not only about the sizing and comfort of the prosthesis but also about navigating insurance. I left the appointment feeling so much better than I did when I walked in, with a sense of confidence and peace that I hadn't expected.

Walked in their boutique first no one came out until 10 minutes after we were there then the associate told us we need an appointment asked me to fill out a form then another associate came out I showed her my insurance card and in a snooty voice she proceeded to say "oh we don't take the insurance" there was no compassion for a person that just had a mastectomy they acted like they were looked down at you.
