I’d been going to this spa for years. I had to cancel an appointment day of because I had Covid symptoms (so bad I could barely speak which staff clearly heard). They called/texted/emailed me over and over for $50 cancelation fee. I returned the call and stated I did not think it was fair considering I would’ve preferred to go in but stayed home as instructed to keep others safe.
