Response to your response : I would never support your business again with the way I was treated. Plus, half of your machines are not functional. Really disappointing that this is the last yogurt place in town.
Went to Yotality today, cashiers head is down at the register in her phone. About half of the yogurt machines have pictures in them that they have flavors in them. I pull the lever on one yellow cake batter flavor and nothing is coming out. They have up and down arrows on the machine so I figure it may have something to do with disbursing the yogurt. I click the button and in a delayed reaction, the cashier with a nasty attitude says "Did you just press a button?" I kindly said "yes", in a very demanding tone says "Don't touch my machine." She gets up scoffs, rolls her eyes, stomps over to us and I tell the person I'm with to give me his cup because we are not purchasing here. I tell her "That is not how you speak to people." She proceeds to say something back to me but at this point, "I told you not to touch my machine." I'm already out the door, so I open the door again and tell her not to talk to me like that. On the way back to my car, she is picture and video taping me and the person I'm with. Unbelievable world we live in with the level of service. The yogurt wasn't working so I was trying whatever I could, trying not to bother her because she's slouching into her phone. Looked to be a teenager or early 20s as well. Really...

Got 3 cups and when cashing out, the cashier gave us our total, we asked for lids on all the cups and she simply pointed to them and said âtheyâre right hereâ, then proceeded to throw spoons in the cups... we then took the spoons out and grabbed lids to put on the cups and she said to us, âthere is no need to be rude, itâs just cups and spoons, okay?â.    Read moreVery frustrated with my experience here a couple days ago. Came in with my grandchildren and the employees name who I grabbed (Nadine) was extremely rude. She raised her voice at my little one for pulling down the wrong handle, heâs only 5 and couldnât reachđĄ Employee was sitting down before I got to the cash register not paying attention to anything but her cell phone. Who runs this place now??? I used to get along well with some of the other employees but havenât seen them in quite awhile. Upset that this is what customer service is like here now.
