After losing a significant amount of weight, I found myself in need of a new tuxedo because the one I had, a sentimental piece passed down from my father or possibly even my grandfather, no longer fit. Bought a suit here around Christmastime while visiting family for the holidays. The people in the store were pretty helpful at the time. It needed to have alterations done, so they told me that it would be ready on January 7, and that it would ship out the next day. I called on January 8, and I was told that it would actually be going out on January 9. Not a big deal. On that same call with the store, they told me that it would be going out via Fedex, and would take a couple of days to arrive. As of today (January 14) it had still not arrived. I called the store, and they said it had been picked up, but they claimed they didn't have any tracking information, so they told me to call customer service. I called customer service, and they didn't have any tracking information either. So they called the store, and after being on hold for around 20 minutes, the store was finally able to provide them with the tracking number. Not sure why the people in the store couldn't be bothered to provide that information to me when I first called. I checked the tracking information via Fedex. After originally telling me that it would ship out on January 8, which was then revised to January 9, they actually didn't send it out until January 13.

I understand that delays happen. What is unacceptable, however, is that I was not told the truth about when it was sent out, and that when I called for the tracking information, they couldn't be bothered to check for it, and only did so after a customer service rep called...

We ordered a custom fitted shirt for a family wedding in February. It came in as a pre-packaged shirt that was seriously oversized so the associate re-measured and reordered the shirt. COVID hit and anyone from Joseph A Bank has fallen off the face of the earth and even their local store telephones are disconnected. Customer service, online ordering and any other way to communicate is subject to seriously long hold times. Waited several tome for in excess of 30 minutes and there was never any one that answered. What is my time worth. I called the parent company(Tailored Brands) and someone did actually answer the phone, promised to escalate to their customer service management team and to expect a return call within 24 hours. That didn't happen. I called the same number today and 10:30 AM ETA and "reached them outside of their business hours." The wedding is in 9 days... Any good customer experienced that we may have had has been eliminated by the lack of any customer service on this issue. They have had plenty of time to react, organize and communicate in this pandemic. I hope that they are not getting PPP stimulus. There a too many options out there to be treated this way... Perhaps our best option was always Amazon. How do you give no stars.. You cant post unless you give...
