Absolutely horrendous experience here. Ordered chana batture, dahi puri and paneer kathi roll here, and it was disgusting Chana batture was basically flour tortillas fried in oil. Dahi puri was nasty. Ice cold yogurt and nothing else, not even potatoes! Worst was the paneer kathi roll. It was basically half cooked paneer (it was still cold as if it came from the refrigerator) tossed in some chili sauce and nothing else! Almost puked when I tasted it.
While I am not expecting the standard of an Indian restaurant in the US, this is absolutely trash.Indian food is all about vegetables, and this is the first time I found none in the food.

Read moreWe reached the store at 11.30 am and we were informed they can only give us one masala dosa whereas we wanted 4. They took the order of idli but had to replace it with Dosa and pav bhaji.
We had 4 senior citizens with us, who were very hungry.
Our order took 2 hours in all and delayed the plans we had for the day.. Very very slow service.
Chai is amazing with ginger flavor.
The store is connected to the restaurant.
They should hire more staff as there was only 1 server who was taking the order and making the food.
Will not visit again, would recommend a take away or advance order of you want...

The dosas have a lot of filling unlike other places and you actually get full. I liked everything I ate both times I’ve came here. After Spices of India closed the only south Indian place was Nellai Banana Leaf and the dosas there didn’t have as much flavor with a small portion size to boot. Masala Memories has the best dosa you can find in Buffalo. I’m coming back in a couple days, dosas are addicting. I recommend giving this...
