Lindt Chocolate Shop — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

This chocolate shop is beautifully designed. They have a variety of chocolates and their chocolate barks are so creamy and crunchy at the same time. However I ran into a couple of issues in the store. First the service, when I came to make my order of the dark chocolate bark. They grabbed the chocolate and then with the same gloves used it to grab the cash. This is so extremely unsanitary and think about all the germs that everyone is ingesting. They should have a dedicated cashier, or switch gloves if they are handling cash and food. Second, I found that their hot chocolates were horribly made and unnecessarily expensive. All they did is warm milk and put in 5 lindt chocolate balls and say it's "hot chocolate." I can literally do that at home for less than a quarter of the price. This is also not how hot chocolate should be made. It has no craft. I walked into the store thinking that they had specialty in chocolate but turns out they are pretty amateur. The first sip I took, all I tasted was warm milk with very tiny hints of chocolate. Hot chocolate is supposed to be warm thick and creamy with more chocolate than milk. First time going ,and i can honestly say the customer service was excepcional. They were a great crowd of workers with a big smile and eager to help with anything you needed. Finally the chocolate is out of this world and lets not forget the the ice cream it was finger licking good! This place is very easy on the eyes when you come in. The decor and chocolate are placed exactly in a way where you feel like your a kid in a candy shop literally. The chocolate is great they have so many options including some international ones!
