This store is very cute has so many nice clothes and all the employees are so friendly and helpful One lady particular should’ve ask her name, but I visited today around 230 I think she is the manager she went above and beyond to help me I got a pair of black jeans she told me they would fit I brought them home and they fit so good I look amazing in them 🤣plus this mustard yellow boyfriend shirt she also told me would b great and the size I should take and the sweet girl at the register with the most pretty nails I’ve seen in a long time plus the other workers everyone was busy but took such good care of me I will recommend this place to everyone I no I’m already telling my friends and family how well I’ve been treated 😊thank u so much I’ll be...

Clothes are great. Staff at store not so much. Manager is rude. Had code for 10% off was told it wasn't a thing anymore. they apparently aren't participating in club things any longer she was cutting the cashier off as she was ringing me up talking to her about texts on her phone reading them outloud. "This man just text me where you at rn" should not be a discussion being had in front of customers. She applied the 10% but her customer service is complete garbage for an outlet mall and a customer who had a text code for a percentage off sent to them an hour before shopping at the store. The clothes are great, they are organized, affordable. Nothing bad to say at all! The staff in general were over the top polite and helpful. However, I will say the woman with short black hair who appears to be the manager or the one in charge the day we went was very rude to one of her employees. And truth be told that employee went above and beyond to help every person around her and was very sweet. So it's disappointing to see them get treated badly. Especially when they do an amazing job as far as customer service. You should not be giving an attitude to an employee for asking a question.
