I was very disappointed in the fact that when I booked for my first time I was not made aware that I would be with someone new. I told her I wanted a French pedicure. She cut all my nails down super short which my nails were long and health. She OVERLY filed for nails all the way down even and when she did my big toes she filed them in so much they looked like a pyramid. When she got to the polish she could not do French at all it was so bad. So I complained about the French and how she filed my big toes too much. She didn’t understand and had to get someone else to translate who also didn’t understand. I said Iv been here for 3 hours and I don’t like any of it can you throw white on top and let me leave. She said they couldn’t they would have to stay the base color and I said that’s fine and left. They didn’t offer to have a master professional re do my pedicure or nothing I actually left crying because I sat there for 3 hours and in pain but the girl over filing my nails and me leaving...

Like I wanted to love this place. Made previous appointments with a girl who no longer works there the moment she left this place went south like Deep South there appointment app is a nightmare ZERO availability . Like I reach out and message asking for an appointment she then scheduled then messaged me hours later saying the person can no longer make it. I said that bad faith she said then the person can do it in the morning at there house not business wish very uncomfortable and unprofessional for me I said no she said was too busy. I feel this very rude and don't know how to run a business and blames it on English as a second language like it's not an excuse. I had appointment you didn't want to follow threw and didn't want to make the situation right like give me another day I can make but wouldn't even bother shows how little she cares...
