Worst customer service ever. Sold me a screen protector might I add that does not work with the biometrics and that states lifetime warranty on the front of the box.... It broke in a couple days but because I was in a different country and after I told them I would be for two weeks the only person that was availble to help also will not do anything for me after spending $25 because he states it was 1 or 2 days after the time I can return it. I'm beyond upset. Will not be going back here for any services or accessories ever again, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know any anyone local not to either. I guess I have to contact the company now. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.
Edit.. I tried to use the chat app but I can't because I have a Verizon number and not total by verizon number. Same thing I ran into trying to get ANY customer service on the line. I can't look up the company because all I'm seeing is made in China on the box with a generic name. I just want my refund at this point the screen protector never properly worked with my phone, I was never able to use the fingerprint sign in due to the screen protector, and states it has a lifetime warranty right on the box as the customer sevice rep was arguing with ne he couldnt do anything about it. I'll change my review if you made this right. I can even show you the screen protector doesn't properly work...
