Poor management and violations of covid guidelines. First and foremost, I am writing this review in hope that management improves. I had order food over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the staff were not wearing their masks in the kitchen, in the front and even the manager/owner had her mask hanging by her ear. The same manager asked for my name for my pick up order but I realized that when I made the order over the phone I was never asked for my name so I told her that my name was not asked but that I had ordered the lunch special. She quickly turned to look at one of her employees and in a VERY rude manner, in front of many customers, told her that she needed to start asking for names and phone numbers. By the time the manager was going to ring me up, the employee was helping another customer and AGAIN was being rude to her by asking her why she wasn’t doing things the right way. hola buenas tardes, bueno estuve hoy en el restaurante, quiero decir mi honesta experiencia, desde hace un tiempo en mis dias de descanso suelo usar mi moto para salir de la rutina del carro y buscar restaurantes de todos los estilos y lejos de casa para tener una nueva experencia, maneje en mi moto aproximadamente 30 min, cuando llegue al restaurante, ordenne una carne asada, una arepa , un jugo de moran en leche y una empanada, de entrada la empanada estaba dura no la pude comer estaba incomestible, el jugo estaba bien por eso puse dos estrellas, sin embargo cuando estaba empezando a tomar mi juego del techo cayo una gota de agua y cuando mire arriba estaba el aire lleno de agua, humedad totalmente desagradable, cuando trajeron la carne no me gusto supremamente cocinada, no sabor, me gusto la arepa que venia. Saque mi pc para responder un correo y grabo videos cuando salgo en moto entonces abri mi laptop y llego la mesera me pregusto que si recogia me ofrecio un postre , me dijo que si traia la cuenta, senti que querian que saliera inmediatamente, le dije que pagaria al terminar mi jugo, me miraban y percibi que pensaban que saldria del lugar sin pagar fue incomodo, pague 25 dolares por eso. y deje una propina, no lo recomiendo, mala comida, mala experecia, malas condiciones.

gracias. Hi, good afternoon. I visited the restaurant today and I’d like to share my honest experience. On my days off, I usually take my motorcycle instead of my car to break the routine, and I enjoy exploring restaurants of all kinds, often far from home, to try something new.

I rode about 30 minutes to get to the restaurant. I ordered grilled beef, an arepa, a blackberry milk juice, and an empanada. Right away, the empanada was so hard it was inedible. The juice was okay — that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars.

However, just as I was starting to drink my juice, a drop of water fell from the ceiling. When I looked up, I saw that the AC unit was full of water and there was a lot of humidity — it was pretty unpleasant.

When they brought the grilled beef, I didn’t enjoy it at all. It was extremely overcooked and lacked flavor. The arepa that came with it was the only thing I liked.

I took out my laptop to reply to an email — I usually record videos when I go out on my motorcycle — and the waitress came over and asked if she should clear the table. She offered me dessert and asked if I wanted the check. I got the feeling they wanted me to leave right away. I told her I’d pay after finishing my juice. I felt like they were watching me as if I might leave without paying. It was uncomfortable.

I ended up paying $25 and still left a tip. I wouldn’t recommend this place — bad food, bad experience, and poor...

Terrible service. There’s a waitress that is there most of the time, she’s extremely rude and doesn’t even greet the customers as they come in. We asked for a table and she said we could not sit down to eat, even though there were 4 tables available (one which was being occupied by a couple). I called multiple times to speak to the manager, and they kept hanging up on me. Once I was able to reach to the manager, he rushed me off the phone, and did not even care to take action. Customers should be treated respectfully in a place like this, but these people are just careless. Prices are too high, food always tastes like it’s from the day prior, and the bathrooms are not clean, and don’t even have toilet paper.
