Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I can't drink caffeine, nor can I drink decaffeinated. You used to have these wonderful refreshers with fresh fruit and no caffeine. I had a meeting at the Copiague Starbucks. The people working there were wonderful. I settled on a very overpriced bottle of water. The furniture looks like something I would call for special pickup because it is dumpy, stained, and uncomfortable. The chairs at the table are hard and not personable. The ambiance was clean but the furniture needed to be tossed 5 years ago. If I go to Starbucks in Commack I would not find this type of ambiance or furniture. Please equalize your Starbucks furniture. As a disabled person who requires blue lines to get in and out of my car. Many cars park in these blue lines to pickup their coffee. The staff needs to put up a polite sign that says you will be ticketed if you idle here. The manager should call the police so handicapped people can get in and out...

I would give zero stars if I can. Only because I ordered a grande and it wasn’t even enough for at tall, the glass was full of ice to the top. My coffee was half Way, and you can see the coffee’s halfway and when I went to one of the girls I was told brown sugar shaken espresso are like that is just Espresso and glass full of ice As If this is my first time having a brown sugar shaken espresso. you actually look at my account, you will see this is the only drink I have sometimes twice a day. Anyway, I guess I just won’t return to this one I thought all Starbucks are the same, but I guess not. I guess rules are different on this one where you get half coffee not full. even when I ordered on the register, the girl had her back turned towards me making other things which is fine if they’re busy, but I had to ask did my payment go through? I ordered food and a drink and they were missing my cake pop and messed up my drink, they had a very bad attitude and made me come inside when they could have simply asked what’s wrong with my order and say someone can bring it out for you, the way the worker brought out many other customer drinks, but you can clearly see she didn’t wanna be bothered with fixing my order. She was complaining at the window saying oh my god you’re holding up the line, and after she also charged me for the wrong order, like how do you make 3 mistakes then blame me ? And when she charged me for the wrong order she was asking for more money. I had 13.12 on my card and she was saying I owe her $6 when my sandwich I order was only $8 so why would I owe money that’s when she realized she charged for...
