Brothers Delicatessen — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

ordered Ham & Swiss on a roll with mustard on one side of roll-he wrote it down-placed in bag w/ soda and I left -got to my destination 20 minutes further west and open it up to find ham & swiss and mayo on both sides-what happened to the mustard? So I called and spoke to Lou (owner) who said mistakes happen and its a common error to use mayo instead of mustard(then u shoudn't be in deli business)- he also said mistakes happen when busy even though I was only the second customer at 2:25 in the afternoon--said to come back and he would correct --another 40 min out of my way--I have had previous issues like getting tuna on a roll instead of chicken salad on a roll-- ends of roast beef on a roll instead of fresh roast beef-- I'm done and so should all of you--find a deli who listens and wants to earn your business - like Jessens in West Babylon or Franks in West Babylon or J&G in Copaigue-anywhere is 100 times...

Usually I don’t do reviews, but I’ve been coming here for a while now. Usually it’s a pretty good deli, and I’ve been mulling over whether or not to post about this mornings experience.

My sandwich was given away to someone else. After being asked if I wanted the other persons sandwich instead, and saying I’ll wait for another to be made, the person walked back in. They said it was not theirs, and the guy behind the counter, (heavyset white hair), gave this person their correct order, and packed the sandwich she brought back in, into my bag and sent me on my way.

I didn’t think about it until after I had left, but that is a pretty disgusting thing to do. I mean how can I be sure it wasn’t touched or anything by that person?? I’m sure some seagulls enjoyed it. Anyways, not going back there for a while if ever again.

Could’ve just made another sandwich guys … you do enough...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a BEC on a Bagel and got a Bagel with just Egg. Called and spoke to the most oblivious person who instead of saying I'm sorry about that where can a driver bring you the sandwich you ordered...all I got was a "well what do you want me to do about it attitude" (well was one of our drivers or door dash?) How about neither of these people made the sandwich!!! This was a screw up with your kitchen not Doordash! No need to send another sandwich because I'm never ordering here again. I don't like asking for food to be sent after my first order is wrong because I don't trust people in the food industry to do the right thing (people messing with your food) instead you don't get my...
