Ching Lai kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Never again!! We've been going here for a couple of years but the customer service, the cleanliness and the food have steadily been going down hill. The woman (I believe the owner) has become so nasty and rude. We ordered a couple of take out combo orders tonight and when we picked up the orders she asked if we needed any sauces and we said yes, we need 6 duck sauces. She said "that's too much...will give you 3". We again said we need 6, what's the big deal? She said NO, and then threw 3 little packets in the bag and walked away. We again said we would like more, they're small and she would not even acknowledge we were talking. Her son then walked over and handed us a handful. We will never go again. New to the area and this place had good reviews. Workers were nice but food was partially a fail. A bit disappointing especially since I was really hungry. My order, aside from the shrimp which was suprisingly good, was not fresh, the house fry rice was made as though they totally forgot and just threw the toppings in on top, didn't even mix it and the meats were too dry the soy sauce couldn't help. Seafood seems to be their thing from the comments but I personally don't think I'll be reordering...

Hands down the best Chinese Restaurant in the area! They make legit good Chinese food that you can usually only find in the Queens area. One of my favorite dishes is their White Meat Sesame Chicken. I've tried a few different places but none of the restaurants make it the way Ching Lai makes it.
