Harbor Freight — Local services in Town of Babylon

I traveled here out of my way to purchase an automotive car polisher. I had gone to the Harbor Freight in Huntington, but they were all sold out. I asked if the employee could check stock to see if there was one available. He did and no dice. So I asked if someone could locate one for me in another Harbor Freight location. The employee was accommodating and called around for me. I was advised of 2 other locations that would have what I was looking for in stock. The store employees were polite and helpful. The store appeared to be neat and clean and the shelves appeared to be stocked with merchandise. I'd shop here again if I needed anything and if I happen to be out that way again. The only reason for the 4 stars and not five is that I drove nearly 12 miles to purchase a tool that I was advised they had in stock, only to find that...

I visited the babylon store to purchase an item that the Harbor Freight website indicated was in stock at this location. However, upon arrival, I was informed that they hadn't had the item since last June and didn't know if they would be getting them in store. Waste of my time and effort to deal with Harbor Frieght. Corporate should step up...
