Any real business owner would know that every customer is treated with respect for one. Two, what you have is a video of me walking in and saying "I'm here to pick up a watch I was told the work couldn't be done on" there was no greeting from your crestfallen employee but there was a "Thank you" from me when I was handed my watch then a half hearted "have a good day" when I was half way out the door. Also...if the watch had a message on the back that it could only be serviced by Citizen...why did it take a week to read? Timely? Why would a sticking point be that there was no cost to me? There's no shame in telling a customer that you're incapable of doing a job. Thats actually good business to know your limitations. Best experience for a consumer actually. I get to roast you all over the internet for being a "business owner" that promotes shoddy work. You should spend more time in your shops and see what's going on first hand before you make a silly threat like...
Read moreI went to the store to replace the crystal on my watch because of a chip. When I went to pick it up I saw they scratched the metal. I told the guy about the scratch and he said it was already there. When I disagreed he snatched the watch from my hands and threatened to call the cops. Horrible experience.

It's not an expensive watch but i still wanted it to get it fixed cause it was a gift from someone. You're right i refused to pay but you have to understand you damaged my property. It had a chip before but no scratch. You can disagree with me all you want but instead of helping me you snatched it from my hands. I was extremely polite at the store just standing there and you're the one who made the scene by yelling. I'm sure you have that on your security cameras. You can keep the...
Read moreAll the folks here are so kind and helpful. I was in need of an engraving service for crystal champagne flutes I purchased for my best friend's wedding, and glass engraving is something very difficult to come by nowadays since Things Remembered has closed all of their retail locations. Unfortunately the flutes I wanted to engrave were much larger (why do they make them so large nowadays?!) than their engraving machine could accommodate, but they assisted me with making arrangements with a hand engraver they know. I'm so touched by how much Gina and the owner were willing to go out of their way to assist me with this one specific need. I highly recommend working with them, and will be sure to patronize their business in the future for my...
