Absolutely unacceptable service. Porsche should be ashamed. I will never come back.
When I scheduled my A/C diagnostic appointment, I didn’t just call — I made the effort to personally visit the dealership and speak face-to-face with a service advisor. I wanted to clearly explain my situation, answer any questions, and make sure everything was understood from the start.
I made it crystal clear: I cannot leave my car overnight because I live in another city.
The service advisor looked me straight in the eye and confidently promised: “If the part is in stock, we’ll diagnose and fix it the same day — you’ll just wait a couple of hours. If it’s not in stock, we’ll order it, and when it arrives, you’ll come back and we’ll replace it that same day.”
That sounded reasonable. I rearranged my schedule and drove over an hour to be at the dealership at 8:30 AM — exactly on time.
And what happened when I arrived?
“We’re keeping your car. You might get it back tomorrow. No loaner. That’s just how it is.”
Seriously??
You looked me in the eye when you made those promises. You told me one thing at the time of scheduling, and then completely changed the story once I showed up. Do you realize how absurd it is to expect a customer to leave their vehicle overnight in another city, after specifically promising that wouldn’t happen?
At that point, I didn’t even bother arguing — because everything was already clear: If your staff can’t keep their word and your dealership can’t honor basic agreements, how could I possibly trust you with my car? If you’re this careless with communication and planning, what does that say about your professionalism in diagnostics, repairs, or customer care?
So I left. I’ll gladly take my car to a place where customers are respected — and where the Porsche name is treated with dignity.
Porsche is supposed to stand for precision, excellence, and legendary engineering. What I experienced here was disorganization, arrogance, and broken promises.
To the management and staff of this dealership — have you forgotten what brand you represent? You carry the name of one of the greatest automotive brands in history, created by brilliant engineers and visionary designers. You should be proud to represent Porsche. You should be ashamed of how you’re doing it.
This is not premium service. This is how you destroy a legacy. I expected quality. I...
Read moreIn Early May I purchased a CPO 2013 911 Turbo S from an out of state dealer, unfortunately after only 8 days an issue arose and I brought it to the Legend Porsche to have it checked out. Giovanni was my service advisor and he was quick to have the issue assessed, unfortunately the engine needed to be replaced. Needless to say I wasn't at ease since I just spent so much money and was already having issues. But Giovanni made sure to ease my concerns by constantly keeping me updated with the progress of the engine replacement and reassuring me with his seemingly unlimited knowledge. Most service advisors I have spoken to know the bare minimum about the cars they are working with, but Giovanni is the exception, he knew just as much as the techs if not more and was always quick to respond to any of my questions. I wish all of my cars were Porsche so that way I could deal with Giovanni whenever service is needed. So needless to say I recommend Legend Porsche for any servicing. Just be sure to ask for Giovanni if you want to experience service that is...
Read moreOK I have done business with this owner Mike Seagal for many years now and have bought numerous cars. I went to him six months ago to purchase a 9/11. He told me that he has none and he has one coming in. I would have the alligation for it so I end up making a deal for a Porsche Cayenne for my wife. I told him at first if I kept under 10,000 miles how much money would I lose? He said approximately $10,000 or under for six months I said OK no problem I have been calling him for three months now waiting on my 911 which I have never got the allocation for it was a bogus just to sell me the other then I asked how much would he give me back for the car today? He offered me $40,000 less than what I have paid for the car only after six months I paid 97,000. That’s 40% of a loss. Be aware, be aware be aware this seems to be a scam to me. I feel like I was taken for a idiot I should’ve known when the owner was the salesman for the sale, high-pressure...
