T-Mobile — Local services in Town of Babylon

Just came back from T-Mobile in West Babylon and had to give them 5 stars. I went with my mother who only speaks Spanish to update her 7 year old phone. Sales associate Astro L came right up to us and told us he spoke Spanish and would be able to help us. I told him that since my mother was older she needed a simple phone, he looked up her information and immediately told us she qualified for a free phone and that the phone she currently had was available in the newest version. He was very patient and knowledgeable and helped with everything my mother asked for. I absolutely loved that he did not try to upgrade her to a more expensive phone and knew exactly what her needs were. The showroom was clean and everyone in there, manager included, were very friendly. I honestly was not looking forward to going with her to upgrade her phone due to experiences I have personally had at other phone stores but have to say that the staff in the West Babylon location were all professional and I will absolutely be telling all my family and friends...

BEWARE.....do not go to this franchise Sprint store. They give you one price for your monthly bill and then it’s $100 more every month. The manager Andrew never responds to phone calls and lies about taking care of it. He took my cell phone for the “clean slate” program and never gave me the money for it so I’m out the phone and the money I owe the other carrier. I also never received the $400 gift card and he said he put his email down after questioning him for 5 months about it. He said he emailed Sprint and 5 months later they never responded..... um yeah this place is very shady. All they want is the commission and promise you the world and they are far from delivering. I am reporting them to Sprint...

I would give zero stars if I could.... Everyone is clueless there they all have something different to say. They tell me i can upgrade my phone for 830 off and to come back the next day i come back with my hopes up all ready to buy it then the manger comes out and says you cant do a trade in you have a dot in the front its "cracked" what a scam... Manger was extremely rude and does not train his workers right very unprofessional there and bad customer service...
