Chosen One Collectible Toys — Local services in Town of Babylon

While the store’s stock and selection is great, the owner is completely clueless to what he has. His pricing is absurd, often increasing the prices of figures to ungodly numbers and trying to match recently sold items on eBay. The owner also has no knowledge about what he stocks in his own store, often calling the collectibles incorrect names or giving incorrect details/information about them. Called the store to gain some insight into their stock of a certain line of figures so that I would not waste time driving 30 minutes down to West Babylon. After speaking to him for roughly 10 minutes, as he incorrectly detailed his selection, I drove down to the location hoping to purchase a figure that he has said he had. Upon arriving, I realized that he did not actually have the figure and was describing something completely different. As a store that boasts that they have the largest selection of figures and collectibles, I’d expect the owner to at least be able to accurately describe what he has in stock especially when he is looking directly at it while on the...

This place has a great selection and have bought from them before. HOWEVER the last time I went with my boyfriend, we got yelled at by the woman working there. We were holding a Star Wars action figure which was $20 and the woman said we needed her to get it for us and there was a sign “right in front of our faces”. We tried saying oh sorry we didn’t see it only to be responded with an attitude. There was only a small new sign which was never there prior. She was very rude and disrespectful. It’s a shame because we were going to buy it but I was so turned off by her attitude we put it down and left. Unfortunately we will never go back. Walked in the store for the first time today with my very young children. It was so much fun browsing the toys with my son. He was able to pick up a small $5 dollar item for himself, while I got myself a Hot Toy that I've been wanting for a while. Karl was so super duper nice and helpful. I wish I had found this store sooner. So many toys ranging from inexpensive items, to Neca, Funkpop, and of course Hot Toys. I've never been in a store with so many Hot Toys figures.
