Alitalia Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

Well had no issues until about 2 weeks ago took a bff of mine there 4 o'clock dinner was 2 mins past had to get a spot...waitress said no way can we get the special...o then asked the owner he proceeded to say alot of mumbo jumbo but then said in an annoying way,sure go I'll fix it....ok from that point on it was down hill the waitress took the order ...only 3 tables at the time not at all busy...we waited n waited I had called her over n she ignored the call ...so I proceeded to go to her and asked her in a,nice way can I have my salad b 4 my dinner ,her response was sure i said ok ty but its been a while i truly dont know why we havent gotten the salad at this point in a quiet tone not nasty at all to her...she proceeded to tell me in a nasty tone I have other tables and I'm busy...in return I said that's none of my concern i wasnt nasty to you why would you respond that way to me....I go to sit down n tell my friend what had happened she was shocked because I always said it was a grt place the next thing that happens the owner comes at my table and said to me slow down dont Push I said excuse me the waitress called him n lied to him n had come over to me and embarrassed me....then he goes and gets the salad...my friend had ordered a calzone with sausage well the calzone the owner brought it out and the calzone looked over done sloppy n the sausage was ice cold just shoved the cold sausage in the calzone...again had to have this fixed...there was a married couple sitting in back of us said before we came they had been sitting close to a. Hr waiting for their food....well to make matters worse my fiance n I had gone there many times he also liked the food...well the one night we went we ordered shrimp parm salad n then went home the both of us got sick vomited n felt horrible .. I called him up the next day n told the owner he said ok np pronlem I'm sorry.The next time you come In he will take the bill no charge....needless to say we never had that exchange...it was 60 00 dollars that sad night the shrimp was bad...i never collected that meal...previously i had always had my family eat there ordered pies never seem him act like the way he did that night over 2 mins over 4 oclock....then to embarrass me in the dining room I. Front of other customers....well I have heard from others he had a temper not that i follow others i always judge for myself....well i have experienced what others had....will i go back. NO IM DONE OTHER OWNERS SAID HE IS N WAS OUT OF LINE TO HAVE SPOKEN TO ME AS WELL TREATED ME...

Sadly this is not the Alitalia I grew up on! I visited my parents and got fetucini alfredo, a rare treat that I thought my toddler would enjoy with me. I used to love this buttery creamy cheesy pasta dish they made, it was so rich it took me three days to finish. This wasn't buttery or cheesey or creamy or tasty. It tasted like they either opened an envelope of noodles and cream sauce powder or added packaged chicken broth and flour to noodles with maybe a little cream and butter, almost like when my mom was on her low fat diet and made her diet version years sgo except my mom used fresh made chicken broth. This was bland and tasteless, almost like a frozen lowfat diet meal, except it probably had way more calories, a waste of calories on something tasteless. My mom's pesto raviolis was okay but not great. The raviolis however tasted like prefrozen. it's very hard to mess up on pesto, theirs no cooking, few ingredients, even Jared pesto is half way decent. But I make my own from scratch and this didn't even come close! My mom thinks they usuay make better food but i won't get anything with Alfredo from.tgem again. Next time maybe we could take the ride and hpntp imperial Hopefully bthey are still good. I always thought imperial made slightly better food but both made great pizza. Maybe their pizzas still good. I think now that they do delivery, they feel.tyey can get away with lower quality food. Oh their meals used to come with...

I called and ordered sausage broccoli rob with rigatoni noodles six garlic knots and was very disappointed the garlic knots dry had no flavor whatsoever the pasta had no flavor sliced up sausage if they put one sausage in there that was a lot the broccoli Rob it was the worst I’ve ever had didn’t even eat at all supposed to be oil and garlic it was watery just terrible I know this place for 40 years I remember when they were between the diner and Old Navy ask for the owner Sal is his name he says oh yeah that was my father’s place PS I told him the story and he says all we give a good price and we give a good portion not true very high price they paid $30 for the order and tried to tell him in a nice way he needs to check his cooks wasn’t looking for anything but his attitude made me ask him what he would do for me and he’s coming next time I take care of you I said how finally says I give you 50% off well he could keep it I’m not broke I will never go back there again and I will tell all my friends of the situation he doesn’t care enough to be humble and replace the meal I told him personally he is cheap and and I would post us on reviews so now I hope people are aware of...
