Took my family here New Year's Eve..had a 6pm reservation didn't get seated until 630..our waiter was rude to my family, took entrees before drinks and told my father if he wanted something off the regular menu ( which they did for him the last time we were there ) there would be "a problem" ...we were in the hibachi section.. waiting forever he finally came back to our table.. took one drink order from my wife .and walked away without getting the rest of our party of 9...my father proceeds to get up and walks to the front sushi bar and gets himself a beer...( I already got my hand on my head as I just want everyone to have a good experience )..but this waiter is just so rude with the way he handled us was so poor that I cant defend him..and I know it's new year's so trying to give some understanding of business ect...but as the table across from us fills in he starts doing the same thing to them ...then the inexplicable happens...the chef finally comes and says "two chefs for the price of one" and they drag some other guy out of the back and he's obviously not a hibachi table chef as he's wearing all white since he usually stays in the back,..and they dump everybodies rice on our table top and cook all the protein on the other family's table top and bang out both tables at once...the portions were were obviously smaller then usual and the two of them were serving food off plates instead of directly off the hotplate (to see this was a real s*show believe me)..meanwhile the two rolls that me and my father-in-law order never come so he gets up to complain and proceeds to cancel my roll too! Lol (somebody help me! - honestly they should've came out before entrees tho ! ) And there was no show like they usually do and they were obviously rushing us out...when the guy served me my potion of vegetables, it consisted of almost all carrots and one piece of broccoli...it really was terrible and not what I'm used to at this spot..I feel even worse for my parents who got filet and lobster and got 6 squiggly pieces of tail each with less steak then I've ever seen them deliver because they were spreading two tables worth of food everywhere...and the kids steak was tough because I was still hungry and started picking off their plates and they ordered a regular hibachi steak to split...totally unacceptable and unprofessional...sorry ...this is why you make reservations..and especially on a holiday you try and bring your a game...my wife and I ate a bowl of cereal later that night ...still upset a week later ...never write these things but just had to share a...

( we both had a roll of sushi & a hibachi meal & didn’t sit for any longer than we needed to.)
my friend and I had just came from a funeral ( young 20’s) , we looked nowhere close to someone who didn’t plan on going out , nor were we dressed poorly. I honestly was planning on giving a higher tip than predisposed (9$ on mine, 7$ on hers), but since the “ hard work “ was done for me - I left it signed and walked away.
I would have liked to return but , I’ll pass - plenty of other places around. I’ll never understand why my receipt was filled out as if I was incompetent , but I won’t subject myself to that twice.

Read moreI've put up the attitude and horrible customer service. I stopped getting deliveries because of the drivers attitudes. I stopped paying over the phone because of the constant issues they have saying payment didnt go through while i see the charge and money held in my account. But today, being told that i ordered my food incorrectly was the last straw. Our order is always the same, specifically theres always an order of sesame chicken. Today we got chicken tenders with sesame seeds sprinkled on and no sauce. I called, and the women i spoke with insisted that if i want it to be covered in sauce, i must ask for it that way. Despite the last 6 years of ordering this dish and never having to ask for sauce. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MUSHROOM CHINESE & JAPANESE RESTAURANT NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND...
