Panera Bread — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I went to Panera Bread in West Babylon. I ordered my food at the kiosk there weren’t any pagers. I asked the female at the counter for a pager she said she didn’t have any. There was one sitting right by her… I figured it was broken. As I went back to take care of my order it went back to the Home Screen where I had to make the order all over again. After I made the order it required my phone number where I had to read the Terms of Service. I didn’t want to give my phone number to receive a text when my food was ready. So then I grabbed the pager that was next to the cashier that stated that they “didn’t have any more” and plugged the pager number in and it worked fine. As I awaited for my food I noticed many pagers sitting in the basket where you were able to pick up your food. It took ten minutes for them to prepare my sandwich as my soup sat up at the counter for seven minutes getting cold. When I finally got my food I sat at the table and there were all these carvings on the wooden wall of the table I was sitting at. During that time one of the workers was acting strangely by walking past me many times...

Very disappointed in this Panera. I order from here often and always order the Green Goddess Salad (which I think is overpriced to begin with) and ask for dressing. Each time I have received containers with the dressing however the containers aren’t even filled a decent amount. If you look at the picture you will see that there is just enough to coat the bottom of the container. This was for both containers of dressing. Both containers combined is not even equivalent to one entire container of dressing. It’s not even enough to cover the surface of my salad. There’s also expired/rotten tomatoes throughout the salad. It’s extremely frustrating when you pay a lot of money just to get shorted out on what you paid for as well as not have fresh ingredients to eat! Panera in west babylon, PLEASE DO BETTER! This is unacceptable for the amount you charge...

Ethan from west Babylon Panera The best of the best store manager ever and the most amazing , knowledgeable, great experience, great customer service I’ve ever experienced! He should be rewarded for real ! I made the mistake with my order, and I apologize to Ethan because was my mistake with the family order! He took he’s time and fixed the issue ! In Just not even 1 minute, everything was done right and well and with he’s great personality! I never meet him before, now I’m happy to know him and he is the most helpful maneger! He also helps around the store doing everything ! I hope this Ethan gets enough credit and attention and I hope he’s boss knows how much he deserves to be rewarded! I can just go on about him all day talking about how talented and amazing he’s! We need more people like Ethan A+++++%100 Thank you 🙏 for your hard work...
