I had a great experience with this service. I was assigned to them by Allstate protection plan through Home Depot for my GE 2 in 1 washer dryer that we had been having issues with for over a year. Shortly after Allstate scheduled me for a window from 8-10am, Visual TV & Video texted me to confirm an appointment from 10am-2pm. They gave me plenty of notice for the updated time window by reaching out the same day I scheduled the service with Allstate.
The technician, Manny, arrived during the scheduled window and was very polite while we explained our issues with the machine. He worked super fast (which we appreciated) and explained what he did right after. After we tested a full cycle the next day, I can verify the machine works the way it’s supposed to!!!

Read moreThis is the worst experience I've had regarding any repairs. This company is contracted by Asurion and BJs. This company is very unresponsive and dishonest. After two weeks of constant calling and follow-ups from the customer (me) the technician finally ordered the part I was assured would fix the TV. Then another two weeks passed by for the part to arrive and the technician to arrive to my home. Then he arrives, looks at the TV and says the part I ordered will not solve the problem, so he leaves and tells me to call the insurance. The insurance then tells me they can't do nothing before the technician updates the case reporting they can't fix it. It took 1 week and a half for the technician to update the case with a two sentence summary to the insurance. I can't believe BJs and Asurion pays these crooks to go into people's homes. The parts were ordered shortly after I started my claim and I got an appointment 3-4 days after my initial call. Manny came at the scheduled time and was able to install the new parts within 45 minutes. He answered my questions and let me know what to expect. He took the trash from the boxes with him when he left which I would have done myself but nice that he did it. I see alot of the other reviews about him were bad, but I didn't have that experience.
