Don’t ever give negative reviews to businesses but in this case I can’t help myself. This owner Tim Ray is a very dishonest man, will take your money and disappear.

My ordeal started almost six months ago when I ordered cabinets and matching crown moldings from him. The product was delivered in early April with no sign of the moldings. I notified Tim and her assured me he would have them to me immediately. So after weeks and weeks and now months and months no moldings. I have numerous texts from him “ I will get them to you tomorrow” and then not hear from him for a week. He used Oral Surgery, his daughters’ teacher, his daughters’ doctor appointments and finally the death of a good friend as excuses why I didn’t have the molding as promised. I realize now there were never any moldings.

So now I have to pay $750 to a carpenter to make the moldings and $275. to the painter to paint after paying him in full for these.

So now he is tired of me asking for the moldings and he is going to block me. No need Tim I will not be contacting you again the NYS Better Business Bureau will take care of people like you.
