The team here made what I thought would be a stressful process so easy — they transferred over more than 100,000 photos to my new phone in under an hour without a single issue.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the different plans and features. I was hesitant to leave T-Mobile mainly because of their international plan, but the staff explained that Verizon now offers similar international options, which really sealed the deal for me.
