This is the epitome of your home grown local loving bookstore. The ladies who work there are the most pleasant, helpful, and fun loving individuals (and a woman owned business to boot!). Great local bookstore. I went with my kids who had pre-covid gift certificates to use, so they were mostly focused on toys which they have a good selection of as well as books for kids and grownups.

Due to COVID, they are careful about how many customers shop at any given time and encourage and provide hand sanitizer at the entrance and exit (at the back of the shop).

For a smaller foot print, the store is packed with books. The kids section is in the back. It's a bit tight in the store so limiting the number of people is appropriate and they appear...

I respect each stores policy on mask but I Love Books is a Covid Dictator. Still limiting the number of people in the store, they demanded my 17 year old daughter to “be with your adult”. Signs saying don’t touch things unless you plan to buy it. Then when we were leaving and told to leave thru the back door even though there were no one in the front of the store, we had to squeeze between 5 other groups of people to leave, totally goes against their goal to keep...
