Read moreFirst of all, girl in their store asked for my e-mail address to send receipt, yelled “OMG!” Thought something happened, then she explained, “As you know, AOL is not a thing anymore, thought only my parents used it.” I was semi-amused but surprised and struck by her immaturity and by how insulting and unprofessional this was in terms of customer service. Then I was e-mailed someone else's receipt, however- my credit card had been billed accurately.

One problem; whenever I order a 16 oz. coffee, it comes in a tiny mug. Obviously their mugs do not hold 16 oz.
So the last time I got coffee, I chose a paper cup since I actually want 20 oz. While I did receive 20 oz. of coffee… I was also charged 28 cents for the cup.
