Where to begin, I had a very disturbing experience. First I wanted to donate $$ to the animal shelter where a local charity has set up little animal figurines there. 'Can I get change from the register?' To the woman behind the counter who looked absolutely miserable. 'What?!' Blank stare. I want to donate $$ to the animal shelter. 'You put the $$ in the box.' I couldn't believe it!! 'I know I put the $$ in the box, but I only have a twenty.' She begrudgingly does it. She just looked so miserable and had a lot of tattoos. This is just my opinion but I feel people that have a lot of tattoos don't like themselves very much & have major issues b/c it is a form of self mutilation. But I digress.. Basically, I ordered a simple BLT & took one bite & realized it was dry-there was no mayonnaise. Like any normal person would do- I went to the counter to ask for mayonnaise to at first they said- sure. Then I realized they were trying to put it on the sandwich- To which I said, 'Can I just have a side of it?' Then miserable tattoo woman said to another coworker, 'You take care of it!!' As if it was such an outrageous request!! Then they said they didn't have any mayonnaise all of a sudden?!!! At that point I had had enough & said I would just like my $$ back to which miserable tattoo woman spouted off some reason as to why they would not do that!! I was angry so I don't remember her ridiculous reason! Then I did lose my temper b/c the whole thing was so preposterous & they would not give me my $$ back!! They didn't have mayonnaise for a BLT & would not give me my $$ back??!! I called them hippy dippy- But there was no excuse for what happened next!! Miserable tattoo woman gathered a red headed co worker & they started shouting, 'Let's call the police!! Let's get her license plate number!!' You can't do that!!! At this point I was frightened & of course I was leaving! Then I couldn't believe what happened next! MTW & red head literally chased me out the door and started following me trying to corner me at my car!! I was so in shock I just ran the other way!!! I would have gone to the police but they seemed so mentally unhinged I was afraid they would make things up & they would have the business backing them up! You can't try to physically accost someone b/c they don't like your bland food!! Be very warned about the very mentally unstable people working there!! They should not be trying to physically accost people and should go see a therapist before they work in the community!!! I'm still traumatized by Perfect Blend more like...

I recently stopped by Perfect Blend for a relaxing afternoon cup of coffee, and once again, I was reminded why this local favorite has earned such a special place in our hearts and in our town.
More than just a coffee shop, Perfect Blend is a cornerstone of the community, run by upstanding individuals who have been contributing to the fabric of our town for decades. Their warmth, integrity, and commitment to quality are evident in every cup they serve and every bite of their delicious breakfast and baked goods.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the service is always friendly, and the coffee is without fail, perfectly brewed. As if that weren’t enough, they’re also proud Dave Matthews Band fans and have an incredible collection of exclusive DMB show posters on display throughout the shop. It adds such a fun, personal touch to the space. How can you not love a place like this?
With recent talks of big corporate coffee chains moving in nearby, it’s more important than ever that we rally behind the small businesses that give our town its character and soul. Perfect Blend isn’t just a place to grab a cup of coffee it’s a place where people gather, connect, and feel at home. They’ve even been recognized as our town’s Business of the Year by the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce, and for good reason.
If you haven’t visited yet, now’s the time. Let’s keep supporting the places and the people that make our community truly special. We love...
Read moreMy old man bought me a birthday cake from here, one that was gluten free due to his fiancé being allergic to the stuff. Now normally I put GF free cakes in the same category as I do with hardtak biscuits, but Perfect Blend proves that not all things GF free must be moisture free too.
My particular cake was lemon themed, with a whipped cream frosting, a very pound cake like base, and a strange lemon pudding filling in the center kept there by a ring of thick butter cream frosting.
Really liked the cake itself, nice and basic, lots of volume and with that pound cake-like quality had a touch of moisture. The whipped topping was also an easy A+, paired perfectly with the cake. The inner pudding was, odd, not as powerful in terms of lemon but its consistency was what really had us pondering. The only part I feel like maybe could use some work was the ring of butter cream they used to seal in the pudding, it was just so sweet, like, overkill sweetness. And it had no lemon flavor, just rich and sweet like regular buttercream does.
Still, given this is a GF free cake, I will grant...
