Burlington — Local services in Town of Big Flats

Good prices, but such a mess! Employees are hard to find, and the shelves are a confusing and barely stocked jumble, complete with broken and damaged items mixed in. Most of all, I don’t appreciate being stalked by store security every time I am in there. They make me feel like a criminal, which I am certainly not. Also, the ladies restroom was beyond disgusting. I will not go into the nauseating details, and I realize that it mostly reflects on the type of customers that leave it such a disgraceful condition, but if it were cleaned and checked regularly, it would never get that bad. This is a nice sized Burlington location and there's usually a good variety of merchandise to look through. Of course, like any stores of this type, it's hit or miss on what you'll find - but I think that's part of the fun in shopping here. You'll often find name brand items here for a fraction of the cost of what you'll pay elsewhere. I think the only complaint I have is that sometimes they're short staffed so the wait to check-out can be a bit long, but the staff who are working...

The main issue with our local Burlington store is the lack of size options. I’m 6'4", 225 lbs. so I need at least a 2XLT size for shirts and I basically can never find any that fit me right. The prices are good, other items like cologne and hats are plentiful, but I can still go other places like T.J. Maxx and find clone for a lower price. overall it’s not a bad store, it’s just if you’re not the "average size person" you’re probably gonna be...
