I used to like this place a lot more.
I went in today at noon on a Tuesday, but yet they still want to CRAM ME in a booth next to someone else?!? I asked the waitress if I could move but she acted like I was being difficult so I just left and went to Red Robin. The younger blonde waitress is much nicer than the older blonde lady I got today.
I'm not being difficult, I just want to eat by myself and not bother anyone and just eat my meal in peace and look at my phone. Not stare at some old man facing me five feet away. Good grief. WHY on earth do you have a HUMONGOUS restaurant and pack the people together like sardines?
You have a HUGE RESTAURANT that is NEVER EVER FULL ANY MORE so can you PLEASE stop PACKING EVERYONE TOGETHER.
Also your booths are TOO SMALL. THEY"RE TINY! when I go with my girlfriend we have to turn the table diagonal because we're too fat to sit with the table straight. When I go by myself I can push the table away and it's fine.
Also I tried to sit at the bar, but it was dirty and gross and there was a light bulb behind the bar flashing that was going to give me a epileptic seizure so I was unable to sit at the bar
Also does anyone ever clean under the tables???
Even with the coupons I get every week BEGGING ME to eat here it's hard to eat here because of the dirty tables (especially underneath the tables) and because the food is not that great. The salad bar and mini margaritas are probably the top reasons why I eat here, but if I have to come in on a Tuesday morning and be placed RIGHT NEXT TO SOMEONE ELSE, literally five feet away staring at me I am NOT GOING TO EAT HERE ANYMORE!
And lately on top on that I have been getting smaller portions. We ordered fried mushrooms and they were tiny. and I got like a dozen tater tots with my impossible burger...
Read more09/25: Been going to Rubys a lot lately. Mostly due to Olivias great and friendly service! Really good margaritas! Patron please. Food is still hit or miss, but mostly good. My wifes burger was great. Salad bar is well stocked and tasty. Wish they wood get more Gluten Free options. Used to at least have gf buns, but they seem to have disappeared. Next time, I'll try a dessert. 11/15/19: Had a great turkey burger and salad bar. Turkey was cooked well, hard to not overcook. Gluten free bun was quite good. Olivia took care of us again, always friendly. And she made us 3 good margaritas, yum! 8/16/19: We got salad bar and drinks, which were made great by Olivia our server. She is always friendly and does a good job. Salad bar was good and so were drinks. 6/19: Good service, nice atmosphere. Very good salad bar. Happy hour house margarita s are quite good. Liz, our waitress, makes a mean one. She has a great personality and smile! The food quality seems to fluctuate. Order the salmon rare or its gonna be over done. (It was today, and the last two times also.) They have changed the pork chops too. Wifes was burnt the first time. Second time it tasted like gross bologna. Cheating out on product doesn't save money, it gets sent back and not pays for. The manager tried to be helpful, but she doesnt buy the meat. They could really use some GF options. Salad bar seems improved. This is our go-to place before movies, but not impressed this time. Will hesitate ...
Read moreRuby Tuesday, will you marry me? You are a fabulous cook, your place is always clean, you have a cold beer ready when I show up and you are always in a good mood. Did I mention what a fabulous cook you are? Seriously, I have known about Ruby Tuesday for years but just six months ago really came to appreciate what a fine casual restaurant it is. My favorite waitress, Wendy, always has a smile and cheerful welcome when I arrive. Her service is quick and attentive without being overbearing. She knows my favorite beverage, a sure sign she is paying attention, and it arrives shortly after I am seated. Shannon, one of the hostesses, always stops to say hello and inquire about my needs. Mike, the maestro of the regionally famous Ruby Tuesday salad bar, does a great job of keeping that area deliciously presentable even when customers are a bit sloppy ( guilty! ). More often than not, Tara ( the restaurant manager ), stops by for a quick chat and to inquire if the service and food are satisfactory. I really appreciate it when the manager takes the time to visit with the customers, I believe it shows attention to detail. I often see Deb and Sarah moving about the room taking care of business. I can also see that I am not the only regular as I observe the staff in small conversations with other customers. As to the marriage proposal? Since polygamy is illegal and it wouldn't be fair to keep Ruby Tuesday all to myself, I guess we will just remain the...
