FYE — Local services in Town of Big Flats

What a terrible experience, I have never been so eager to buy online in my life. I went in looking for Jurassic Park Funko figures, i asked the cashier at the register if she had any dinos left. Her response was "On the wall they are all grouped together by the specific show/movie/games." Did not offer to help me look or go over herself and look. After some time looking , she comes over and "helps" saying that the last ones must have been bought because she couldn't find them . So I look around again found a couple movies to buy, go up to the register and ...wait. The same girl is acting busy and this Indian man asks many question about key chains to the only cashier open and I still wait. For like 2-4 min i wait and she still acts busy, and so i put stuff down and storm out. Never again, way to go. Mind you after I leave she takes the nex...

This store is messy and the staff are consistently (for several years) unpleasant and lacking in knowledge of the products they represent. On one visit I asked for a particular new release on vinyl. The sales person looked at me blankly and said they didn't know who the artist was... I later found the album on a special display! Every time I go in the store I leave disgusted with myself for even giving them another try. I'll go to Hot Topic or online for my pop culture products... And Amazon...

I went in to buy a simple cd. The counter girl was rambling on for minutes about signing up for some membership and how much i can save blah blah blah. I declined. I only wanted to purchase a cd. A month later i have a $11.99 charge from my bank account for FYE backstage membership. I never signed up never wanted this and the girl took it upon herself to sign me up. Ill never buy anything from this store....
