Cube Smart (120 River Ave, Patchogue, NY) had exactly what I needed to accomplish several projects - temporary storage space. I had to empty my suv with only 2 hours notice, to drop my vehicke at the body shop for repairs. I started with a small, 5x5 unit. It was perfect. Then I decided to switch to a 5x10 unit to make de-cluttering my apartment easier. I accumulated "stuff" over the years, and it got worse over covid. As I filled boxes for donating, plus a few large items to keep, I moved them to the unit. That made it much easier to sort through things and to clean the carpeting. I rented a 10-20 unit. Within 24 hours of having the unit I soon realized I needed more space. I immediately wanted to upgrade to a 10-30. Only to be informed that I would lose my monthly discounted price and I would also loose all the money spent on the already obtained unit. Nothing can be done as the system would not allow it. Stupid! Stupid! Stupid! I give a star to the manager Dani that originally setup up my unit because he was great. But was Guillotined at the through by another manager on duty when I needed something so simply done and now I am in a pickle. Thanks...

This was my first experience with cube smart and it could not have gone better, Patricia from cube smart in patchogue made it a absolute pleasure and made the experience Extremely easy as well as provided the reassurance necessary to let me know and show me how my valuables would be taken care of properly.
